Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role or equivalent
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Experience using Salesforce and managing own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable attitude

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across SA using ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and tighten feedback with the sales team
