Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Data Surveillance Analyst to analyze scientific and operational data to support Data Surveillance activities and review project-specific Quality Tolerance Limits. You will develop DSPs, configure monitoring tech, and present findings in internal/external meetings.

The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, fluent English, and basic SAS programming. Experience with RBQM, centralized monitoring, and data operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or data analytics required.
• A minimum of strong English proficiency is required.
• Basic SAS programming experience is required.
• Familiarity with RBQM and data surveillance methods is essential.
• Experience with centralized monitoring and Data Driven Monitoring is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and issue triage is expected.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office is required.
• Basic understanding of SDTM domains and data operations concepts beneficial.
• CluePoints experience is a strong asset.
• Client-focused with good quality orientation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Data Surveillance Plans (DSPs) and configure data surveillance technologies.
• Review project data per the DS Plan and participate in meetings and audits.
• Document findings and track issues in the appropriate systems.
• Provide feedback to technology teams and propose data quality improvements.
• Escalate study issues promptly to the appropriate parties.
• Perform core DS reviews and document atypical data per the DS Plan.
• Collaborate with DS team to correlate findings across sources.
• Support DS review meetings, drive reviews and actions, and create client-ready signals.
