Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with energy sector focus.
• Proficiency in Python or R and data/machine learning libraries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for predictive maintenance and production optimization.
• Analyze large datasets from seismic, production, and operational logs.
• Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate models and strategies.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with geology, engineering, and operations to define analytical problems.
