Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Data Migration Senior Project Manager for a remote contract position. You will lead large ERP data migration efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestones are met.

The role requires at least 10 years of project management experience, strong vendor engagement, and the ability to work with dispersed teams. D365 experience is a plus and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading large ERP data migration projects.
• Ability to work remotely and drive online collaboration.
• Vendor engagement and activity tracking experience.
• MS Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review/define the construct data migration project plans with related streams and sub streams.
• Ensure data migration execution according to approved plans with Data Migration Leads and Business.
• Facilitate and coordinate successful implementation of the PH construct data migration project stream and dependencies.
• Identify issues and risks for the data migration project, propose and implement mitigations.
• Manage overtime of the Data Migration Leads in line with the project plan.
• Understand and apply PMO and project/audit governance processes.
• Produce regular data migration programme progress reports per cadence.
• Ensure the security of IT data, applications and infrastructure against unauthorized changes.
• Communicate relevant components of the data migration programme to stakeholders.
