Olive Tree Consulting is seeking an Analytics Coordinator to turn raw data into clear, usable records for a major financial services client. You will help organize information underpinning management advisory work and translate findings into plain-language notes for leadership meetings.

As a remote team member, you’ll coordinate data requests, maintain tracking systems, and support advisors with simple charts and concise reports.

Qualifications

• Experience from university projects, internships, or part-time jobs requiring organizing large amounts of information.
• Ability to translate numerical findings into plain-language notes for leadership meetings.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to explain trends without corporate jargon.

Responsibilities

• Gathering raw data from various sources and cleaning it to ensure accuracy for weekly reports.
• Maintaining internal tracking systems to monitor project progress and decision logs.
• Translating data findings into short, plain-English notes for leadership meetings.
• Mapping information flow between client departments.
• Updating recurring tracking sheets to ensure a single source of truth.
• Reviewing reports for inconsistencies or errors before sharing with advisors or clients.
• Assisting in creating simple charts that highlight trends without complexity.
• Coordinating timing of data requests to have fresh information before milestones.
