Job summary

SmartPA seeks a highly organised data and operations professional to join its Centre of Excellence. You will deliver structured business support tasks, manage workflows, and contribute to operational performance while handling data governance and visual reporting for a global client base.

Working hours align with EST for international stakeholders; this is a remote, full-time role offering growth through ongoing development and a client‑facing COE environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, operations, or similar roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Proficiency in at least one major data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Ability to present high-quality dashboards/reports with clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information.
• Confidence working with multiple systems in a tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end business assignments within a small team.
• Prioritise workload across tasks and workstreams.
• Track progress against SLAs and KPIs using digital tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality standards.
• Use systems and tools to deliver work efficiently.
• Collaborate with team for consistent, high-quality output.
• Manage lifecycle of data; ensure integrity and compliance.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KBs.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Maintain brand consistency in reports and content updates.
• Develop standardised data and content lifecycle processes.
