The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating engaging, effective, and standards‑aligned STEM curricula for various educational levels. You will be responsible for researching educational best practices, designing interactive content, developing assessments, and ensuring the overall pedagogical soundness of the curriculum. This role requires a deep understanding of STEM subjects, instructional design principles, and a proven ability to create compelling digital learning experiences. Based remotely, you will contribute to enhancing STEM education nationally, originating from the Richards Bay region. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive STEM curricula, including lesson plans, learning activities, and instructional materials.
• Create engaging and interactive digital content, incorporating multimedia elements, simulations, and real‑world applications.
• Develop assessment tools and strategies to measure student understanding and mastery of STEM concepts.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating innovative and effective educational content for diverse age groups.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical theories, learning science, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Expertise in developing digital learning materials, e-learning modules, and assessments.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and content management systems.
