You will oversee software development, IT operations, data engineering, and cybersecurity, shaping the company's technology roadmap and driving innovation to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (PhD a plus).
• 12+ years of technology leadership experience with track record in software development and IT management.
• Experience defining and executing technology strategy for growth-stage companies.
• Deep knowledge of modern software architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data management.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity principles and DevOps practices.
