The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in Crop Science, Plant Science, Genetics, or related fields, with a strong research background and proven remote collaboration abilities. This role supports global food security through innovative agricultural science.

Formación

• PhD in Crop Science, Plant Science, Genetics, Agronomy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of post‑doctoral or relevant industry research experience.
• Publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis skills (ANOVA, regression).
• Remote collaboration experience and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, conduct, and analyze field and lab experiments on crop physiology, genetics, and breeding.
• Interpret complex data using statistical and bioinformatics tools.
• Contribute to development of high‑yield, resilient, nutritionally enhanced crop varieties.
• Assess environmental factor impacts on crop performance (climate, soil, water).
• Collaborate with breeders, agronomists, and data scientists in a remote setting.
