Somewhere is seeking a Part-Time Creator Partnerships Lead to drive end-to-end creator campaign management. The role focuses on sourcing creators, managing outreach, rate negotiations, and coordinating campaign execution for client campaigns.

You will lead VAs for lead generation, perform quality checks, and serve as the main liaison for talent negotiation and post-signing logistics, ensuring campaigns run on time and deliverables meet criteria.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, agency campaign management, or talent relations.
• Proven hands-on experience using email outreach sequences, creator databases, and CRM/tracking tools.
• Ability to clearly direct VAs and hold non-direct reports accountable for high data quality and throughput.
• Strong business communication skills with a track record of negotiating creator rates and deal terms.
• Highly organized and process-driven with an obsession for timelines, follow-ups, and calendar management.

Responsabilités

• Source creators and screen batches for brand fit, engagement quality, and aesthetic alignment.
• Direct, manage, and review creator lists produced by VAs and integrate approved creators into targeted outreach campaigns.
• Own creator-side communications, launching and monitoring automated outreach campaigns.
• Negotiate rates within budget parameters and gather media kits from creators.
• Present vetted talent rosters and campaign proposals to the client POC for review.
• Oversee creator deliverables from contract signing to campaign closure and track posting schedules.
