Soar Group is seeking a Creator Coordinator to drive our creator sourcing and onboarding across multiple client accounts. You will build a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC creators, vet talent, and manage relationships to ensure access to creators for every campaign.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator culture.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Launch UGC creator casting calls and source external creators to build a pipeline.
• Source creators aligned with each client’s brand, audience and objectives.
• Vet creators on content quality, performance and brand fit.
• Maintain a curated creator network, with contracts and compliance.
• Coordinate outreach using TikTok Creator Marketplace and other platforms.
• Serve as the professional point of contact during onboarding.
• Support campaign coordination and creator operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and scale.
• Act as an external ambassador, maintaining strong creator relationships.
