• 10+ years in a creative leadership role.
• Experience leading remote creative teams.

• Strong UX understanding in interactive spaces.
• Familiarity with VR/AR/MR tech and engines.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the creative vision for immersive projects.
