Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role, with a strong focus on digital, interactive, or immersive experiences.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of innovative and impactful creative projects.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles within interactive and immersive environments.
• Familiarity with VR/AR/MR technologies, game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), and interactive design tools.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking, storytelling, and artistic direction skills.
• Strong strategic and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at remote collaboration.
