Placements24 is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead digital media initiatives in the arts and entertainment sector, operating entirely remotely. The role centers on setting the creative vision, guiding the development of compelling content, and ensuring brand consistency across all online platforms.

You will lead a geographically dispersed team, mentor designers and writers, and translate complex briefs into innovative campaigns that push creative boundaries while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a creative leadership role with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in art direction, graphic design, UX design, and content strategy.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the creative strategy for all digital media projects.
