Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM (Salesforce/SalesLoft).
• Agency or SaaS background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft personalized outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
