Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and compliance with company law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including international contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Manage the legal aspects of corporate restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international and South African laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex legal issues.
• Manage external legal counsel and oversee litigation as required.
• Support the sales and business development teams with legal advice on contractual terms.
