Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction with QA and inspection focus.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods and codes.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and specs; autonomous remote work.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze inspection reports from on-site personnel and third-party inspectors.
• Identify quality issues, deviations, and suggest corrective actions.
• Provide remote guidance to site teams on QC best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and resolutions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, building codes, and best practices.
