Placements24, a trusted construction firm, is seeking a highly capable Remote Construction Project Manager to supervise large-scale commercial and residential developments from inception to completion.

In this fully remote role, you will lead diverse teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders worldwide using Procore, MS Project, and other collaboration tools. A dedicated home office and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of large-scale construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects remotely using digital tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, PM principles, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6 and collaboration platforms (Zoom/Teams/Slack).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
