Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Project Scheduler.
• Expertise in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, phasing, and sequencing.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project data.
• Effective remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using advanced planning software.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource leveling, and risk assessment for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather schedule-related information.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and report on deviations and potential delays.
• Identify opportunities for schedule optimization and implement strategies to improve project efficiency.
