Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Construction Project Planner to join our distributed team. You will develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and craft logistical strategies to ensure timely execution of construction projects across South Africa.

Working remotely, you will collaborate with project managers and site teams, monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Planner or Scheduler with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
• Analyze project scopes, identify critical paths, and forecast project timelines and milestones.
