Formación

• Must hold a Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent and independent licensure is required.
• Experience managing high-risk clinical situations and navigating health plans.
• Self-directed clinical professional who can work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients with long‑term case management.
• Facilitate ongoing engagement and support clients through levels of care using Motivational Interviewing.
• Respond to crisis signals with brief risk assessments and safety planning while connecting clients to treatment.
