About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Social Impact Manager to lead and amplify their community initiatives from a remote position, with a focus on the Sandton area. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs and partnerships that generate positive social outcomes. You will measure and report on the impact of these initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values. This is a leadership position for a visionary individual who is passionate about driving meaningful social change and leveraging resources effectively within the Gauteng province, all managed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social impact strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with non-profits, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation and management of social programs and initiatives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure social impact.
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets for social impact programs and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in social impact strategy, program management, or corporate social responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in partnership development and stakeholder management.
