Placements24 is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead strategic communications, media relations, and internal communications. The role is fully remote, with a focus on sustainability and engaging stakeholders across a global context.

You will work with senior leadership to align messaging, oversee budgets and external agencies, and mentor a remote team to drive impactful communication initiatives in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7–10 years in corporate communications, energy or sustainability sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies to support company objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage all external communications, including media relations, press conferences, and public inquiries.
• Oversee internal communications to ensure employee engagement and alignment.
• Lead crisis communication planning and response efforts.
