Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic communications, public relations, or marketing communications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in digital and social media strategy and management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with communication metrics and reporting.
• Experience in crisis communication management.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely.
• Proficiency in PR software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overarching communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, websites, and internal communications.
• Oversee company online presence and digital channels.
• Craft narratives for press releases, speeches, and marketing materials.
• Monitor media coverage and provide strategic recommendations.
