As Commercial Account Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota responsibility.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalization skills.
• Experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
