Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Commercial Account Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales

Qualifikationen

B2B sales experience with quota ownership.
2 years in SDR/BDR role preferred.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
