Qualifikationen

• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers with quota experience welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools listed and CRM usage.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
