You will deliver cloud-based accounting services, help clients understand their numbers, streamline operations, and maximise profitability while supporting health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities include month-end reporting, payroll processing, tax filings, and client communications in a flexible, virtual setup.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years public accounting experience
• Solid understanding of debits and credits
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
• Strong written and video communication with clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Zoom, Xero, QuickBooks, Dropbox
• Willingness to flex working hours for US team meetings

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end client financial reports accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank feeds, code transactions, and maintain general ledger
• Maintain subsidiary records for assets and loans
• Analyze accounts and perform reconciliations as needed
• Process payroll, monthly sales, inventory, and adjusting entries
• Prepare and review financial statements for managers
• Assist with payroll tax deposits and filings
• Handle accounts payable and tax compliance
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and coordinate virtually
