Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical operations experience.
• Experience as Clinical Trial Associate or in equivalent administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as eTMF administrator and manage system updates and access control.
• Collect and track regulatory documents and lead eTMF reviews.
• Liaise with site staff, investigators, CROs and vendors to complete tasks.
• Provide scheduling, minute-taking, agendas, and logistics for meetings.
• Assist in study document creation and training material management.
• Support study operations through project tracking and regulatory databases.
• Identify deviations, implement corrective actions, and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to SOP development and ensure GCP compliance.
• Develop and distribute eTMF and organizational reports.
