You will act as a key client manager and frontline support specialist for customers with subscriptions, helping them navigate platform tools while maintaining CRM notes and confidentiality.

In this role you will master product features, prioritise work via the Broker Dashboard, and ensure professional, compliant communication within the official workspace.

• Must adhere to daily operational routines and activity presence tracking.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and anti-fraud protocols in client handling.
• Communicate professionally within the official workspace and respect compliance boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Gain deep knowledge of all company products to guide subscribed clients.
• Manage queues and SLAs via the Broker Dashboard, flagging risks.
• Provide concierge-level support with clear, professional communication.
• Keep client-facing messages separate from internal private notes in CRM.
• Review AI-generated drafts before final submission.
• Escalate and take operational actions with justified reasoning.
