Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, concise communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist clients with platform navigation within compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system while avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or unapproved matters and escalate per company rules.
