Assetara Limited is seeking a remote Client Relationship & Support Specialist to support Durban District 3 clients. You will be the primary contact for clients, delivering concierge-level support strictly within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.

Role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and compliant, timely assistance, while ensuring data protection and adherence to security standards. No regulated advisory duties are involved.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate professionally within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Experience with CRM administration and client support is desirable.
• Strong confidentiality and data protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise client communication within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, assist clients with platform navigation, and review portfolio context in advance.
• Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and perform proactive client outreach when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Identify red flags, complaints, or unapproved activities and escalate according to compliance rules.
