About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Cleaning Services Supervisor to oversee the operational efficiency of their cleaning and sanitation teams. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing supply inventory remotely, and providing support to cleaning staff across various locations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a dispersed team effectively, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained without direct on-site supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of remote cleaning staff, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct remote inspections and quality checks using digital tools and client feedback.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering and distribution.

Requirements
