Placements24 is seeking a remote Civil Transportation Engineer to support national road and transit projects from anywhere. You will plan, design, and analyze road networks, highways, interchanges, and public transit systems in a fully remote team.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with PE license, 6+ years of transportation design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Synchro, VISSIM, and HEC-RAS. Strong communication and self-management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• Master's in Transportation Engineering is a plus.
• PE license or equivalent professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs for roads, highways, interchanges, and urban streets.
• Conduct traffic studies, capacity analyses, and simulations.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Ensure designs meet local, national, and international standards.
• Collaborate with planners, architects, and engineers to integrate solutions.
• Perform remote site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders via virtual platforms.
