Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in childcare management, administration, or consulting.

• Proven experience in strategic planning, operational improvement, and staff development within the childcare sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
