Placements24 seeks a highly analytical Remote Childcare Policy Advisor to shape childcare regulations and strategies. You will research, analyze policies, and provide expert recommendations to support safe, high-quality, and accessible childcare services.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to inform policy decisions, ensuring the needs of children, families, and providers are central, while working fully remotely.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Public Policy, Social Work, Child Development, or related field.
• Extensive experience in policy analysis, development, and advocacy, with a focus on childcare or early childhood education.
• Strong research, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex policy issues clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
