Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Childcare Consultant to provide expert guidance to families and childcare providers. Work fully remote from anywhere in the country, leveraging your background in early childhood development to advise on curriculum, safety, and parent engagement.

You will conduct virtual consultations, create training modules, and produce reports and guides to support quality childcare services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare management, consultation, or early childhood education.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective remote guidance and support.
• Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with parents and childcare centers to assess needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Develop and deliver online training modules and resources on various childcare topics, including child safety, curriculum design, and behavioral support.
• Research and stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the childcare industry.
