Senior leadership will guide mine design, planning, and technology adoption, with a focus on remote collaboration and delivering major project success from any location, including proximity to Pretoria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive mining engineering experience
• Experience with both surface and underground mine design and operations
• Track record managing large-scale mining projects and new tech adoption
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and remote-team management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mining engineering strategies and standards across operations.
• Provide expert guidance on mine design, planning, and operational optimization.
