Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or related safety field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process safety within chemical/petrochemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of PSM regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in conducting PHA methodologies (HAZOP/LOPA/FMEA).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) programs aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Process Safety Management (PSM) programs aligned with international standards.
• Conduct thorough process hazard analyses (PHA), including HAZOP, LOPA, and FMEA studies.
• Develop and implement risk reduction strategies and ensure their effective execution.
• Provide expert guidance on safety aspects of process design, modifications, and operations.
• Review and approve safety-critical procedures and management of change (MOC) processes.
• Investigate process safety incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related safety field.
