Job summary

United Signers, a remote SA-based team working with US personal injury law firms, seeks a proactive caller to engage leads, answer questions, and guide them through signing representation agreements by phone and e-signature. You will perform light outreach to US law firms and ensure a smooth conversion process.

Ideal candidates have proven call centre or sales closing experience, a strong command of English, and a stable home workspace with internet access.

Job description

United Signers (https://unitedsigners.com) works with US personal injury law firms. You will call people who already contacted our partner firms after an accident, build trust, answer their questions, and guide them through signing their representation agreement by phone and e-signature, plus some light outreach calls to US law firms.

Requirements: excellent spoken English, proven call centre, sales or closing experience, stable internet and a quiet workspace, and availability during US Pacific business hours (evenings/night shift SA time).

Location: Remote / Work from home, South Africa.

Pay: base pay plus a bonus per lead. Expected earnings about USD 600+/month.
