ReWorks Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on QuickBooks experience for a remote role based in South Africa. Working hours are 9am–5pm EST, with responsibilities including processing payables/receivables, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting.

You will maintain accurate records, communicate professionally with clients and suppliers, and support general accounting tasks using Excel and office tools.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience required.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience is essential.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Excel and office applications.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and financial statements.
• Manage invoices, payments and expense records.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial documentation.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as required.
