Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems programming, distributed systems, or cryptography.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms (PoW/PoS), and networking protocols.
• Proven experience in developing low-level systems or network protocols, preferably in Go, Rust, or C++.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic primitives and their application in blockchain.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
