Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote BIM Specialist to join their construction technology team. You will develop and implement BIM strategies across multiple projects, strengthening design coordination and improving construction efficiency.

This role is fully remote and nationwide, allowing you to collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams from anywhere. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of BIM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of BIM experience.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent remote teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for design and construction projects.
• Create, manage, and coordinate complex 3D models using BIM software for clash detection and visualization.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM data for quantity take-offs, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in BIM technology and propose innovative solutions.
