Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management on complex construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of the BIM process, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software.

• Assist in the creation of 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimations based on BIM models.
