Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to lead BIM activities across multiple architectural projects in a fully remote SA setup.

You will manage BEPs, run clash analyses, develop BIM content libraries, and train project teams on Revit and Navisworks to ensure accurate, data-rich models and efficient collaboration across dispersed design and construction groups.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in BIM coordination and management.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
• Strong understanding of BIM concepts, standards (ISO 19650) and workflows.
• Experience with clash detection and resolution processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially remotely.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines remotely.
• Familiarity with project management principles and software.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to quality.
