Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Architectural BIM Specialist to enhance digital design capabilities and support operations based in Benoni. This fully remote role focuses on developing BIM standards, workflows, and models across diverse projects to improve collaboration and data integrity.

You will train project teams, coordinate with consultants from structural and MEP disciplines, and drive efficiency through advanced BIM implementation in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Revit and BIM software.
Expert in BIM standards and execution plans.
Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
Experience training design teams.
Proven ability to work remotely and collaborate.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
Create and manage complex BIM models for architectural projects.
Provide training and support on BIM software and workflows.
Coordinate BIM models with consultants from multiple disciplines.
