Placements24 is seeking a Remote Architectural BIM Specialist to join a forward-thinking practice. You will develop and maintain high-quality Building Information Models, champion BIM standards, and support distributed project teams nationwide from your home office.

This role emphasizes collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers using Revit and Navisworks, ISO 19650 workflows, and remote training to ensure data integrity and efficient coordination.

Qualifications

About the Role

In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient collaboration among distributed project teams. You will champion BIM best practices and contribute to the firm's digital transformation initiatives, driving consistency and accuracy in our digital design and documentation processes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain complex architectural BIM models using Revit .
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows for projects.
• Conduct regular model audits for quality assurance, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines using tools like Navisworks.
• Provide technical support and training to remote project teams on BIM software and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers virtually.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of dedicated experience in architectural BIM modeling and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a strong understanding of its architecture, structure, and MEP functionalities.
• Expertise in Navisworks for clash detection and model aggregation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
