Placements24 is seeking a Remote BIM Architect in South Africa to lead BIM workflows across design teams, from concept to construction documentation, delivering high-quality, coordinated models.

You will enforce BIM standards, train team members, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants in a fully remote setup, using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with strong BIM focus.
• 6+ years in architectural design with at least 4 years in BIM.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and BIM principles and workflows.
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM 360 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models for architectural projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams using BIM platforms.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the project team.
• Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
