Qualifications

• 7+ years in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks; other BIM tools welcome.
• Experience developing BIM Execution Plans.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods and building systems.
• Excellent leadership and remote-work communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of BIM strategies and workflows for all projects.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models from various disciplines, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries, standards, and best practices.
• Train and mentor other BIM modelers and technicians.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the quality control and assurance of all BIM deliverables.
