This fully remote role offers geographic flexibility and requires deep knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce, digital marketing, and data-driven optimization to expand the brand's digital footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in beauty/Wellness.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce and digital marketing tools.
• Proven track record in driving online sales and campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to grow online sales.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including listings and fulfillment.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract customers.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior for optimizations.
• Oversee website design, UX, and conversion rate optimization.
